HP ProCurve Switch 1400 & 1700 Series complete testing (27-Mar-08) Marine type-approval testing is now complete on the HP ProCurve Switch 1400 and 1700 Series: HP ProCurve Switch 1400-8G (HP part no. J9077A) HP ProCurve Switch 1400-24G (HP part no. J9078A) HP ProCurve Switch 1700-8 (HP part no. J9079A) HP ProCurve Switch 1700-24 (HP part no. J9080A) We have submitted final test reports so that the various marine Classification Societies can issue their final type-approval certificates in due course. The HP ProCurve Switches will be supported by the following kits: Mariner Kit MS650 - HP ProCurve Switches 1400-8G and 1700-8 Mariner Kit MS660 - HP ProCurve Switches 1400-24G and 1700-24 The new Mariner kits will be available for customer orders shortly.
