HP Compaq dc7800 PCs in testing (05-Nov-07) We are currently marine type-testing the HP Compaq dc7800 Convertible Minitower (CMT) and Small Form Factor (SFF) PC ranges. We plan to have completed the type-testing schedule the middle of November at which time we will apply to the various marine Classification Societies for their final type-approval certificates. The new HP Compaq dc7800 PC range is a direct replacement for the previous HP Compaq dc7700 PC range.
The HP Compaq dc7800 Convertible Minitower (CMT) PC range will be supported by the following Mariner kits: Mariner kit MS2110 - Desktop configuration Mariner kit MS2120 - Minitower configuration
The HP Compaq dc7800 Small Form Factor (SFF) PC range will be supported by the following Mariner kits: Mariner kit MS2130 - Horizontal mount Mariner kit MS2140 - Vertical mount The new Mariner kits are already being manufactured and should be available to customers before Christmas.
